Reservation policy:
The reservation is confirmed with the payment of a deposit, which must be paid by bank transfer. In case of no-show the deposit will be retained by the structure.
On arrival, guests are required to hand over valid identity documents at reception for
registration and law obligations.
We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
 
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m and Check-out is until 10:00 a.m.
We ask you to please tell us by email or phone, the estimated time of arrival.
 
Breakfast
A buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. only for guests who stay in the rooms.
 
Rooms and Apartments
It is forbidden to smoke either in the rooms or in the apartments.
Guests are kindly requested to keep their voices down during rest hours: from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and from 10:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. and not disturb their fellow guests in any other way. The daily cleaning of the rooms is carried out from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3/4 days in the rooms and in the apartments. If extra bed linen and towels are requested, an extra payment of 5 euros for towels and 10 euros for bed linen is required.
Please leave the rooms and the apartments in good condition.
 
Safety
Foreigners are not allowed in the rooms and in the apartments; for visits by relatives or friends is necessary to inform the reception in advance.
The management do not take responsibility about any problems or damage and also for objects unattended in the rooms or in the common areas.
 
Parking
Parking is free but unguarded.
 
Pets
No pets allowed inside the Agriturismo.
 
Use of the swimming pool
The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. only for the guests of the Agriturismo.
There is no lifeguard in the pool, therefore children must be accompanied by adults.
It is forbidden to bring food and drinks in pool area.
Inflatables are not allowed.
