Purpose of the Processing
To respond to your booking request;
execution of obligations deriving from a contract of which you are a party or to fulfill, before the execution of the contract, your specific requests;
to fulfill current accounting and tax obligations.
(B) Consent
The granting of consent to data processing is:
mandatory if you want to use our products/services, for the purposes indicated in the previous points.
(C ) Treatment methods
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing may be carried out using paper, IT or telematic tools, in compliance with all the precautions necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information, as identified in our Security Policy Document.
The data may be processed by subjects internal and/or external to the Company in their capacity as data processors and/or data processors. The duration of data retention is strictly connected to the time necessary to fulfill your requests.

The data, if this is instrumental to the pursuit of the purposes indicated in point A, may be communicated to:

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also insofar as concerns their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
